Philosophy
Fitness isn’t about a 6 week, 6 month, or even 6 year program. Fitness is about lifelong health and strength. I am a female personal trainer who is all about slowing the degenerative process of aging so that you can walk sand dunes, hike mountains with your loved ones, or win the limbo at your son’s wedding at the age of 40 or 60 or 70 or even 80!
Fitness is more than just training the body; it’s about the mind and the spirit, too. Stress plays a huge part in overall health so it is important to me to understand each of my clients on a personal level. By knowing how you’re doing mentally, emotionally, and physically, I can create a training session that deals with the issues that you’re facing and make every session fun, encouraging, and enjoyable.
